Natural And Homemade Conditioners


Are you excited to make your own less expensive, easy to make homemade hair conditioner which is chemical free and will enhance your beautiful hair? Then jump into your kitchen, you will find many items that you can use to make natural beauty products. Here are some methods which will give you great results.

Honey

Take a drop of Honey and 1-2 spoons of olive oil, warm it a bit in microwave and apply to the hair from roots to tip. Let this stand for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with water. Honey is used as lightener, so if u want to keep your hair dark then don’t use this method.

Oils

Oils are great for conditioning your hair. But dealing with oils will consume more time, so this treatment is for the weekends or during your free time. Take half a cup of both coconut oil and tea tree oil mix both of them and warm a bit. Using your finger tips massage your scalp and leave it for 3-4 hours. Later rinse with water and mild or baby shampoo.

Fruit mask

Pick a ripe banana, 1-2 strawberries and puree/mash them. To this add few drops of olive oil and honey. Apply this paste to your hair and leave for 15-20 minutes and then rinse nicely with water without leaving any residue.

Green tea

Boil a cup of green tea. Let it cool then apply it by pouring on to your hair, or by spraying from a spray bottle to hair. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse. You will get a very pleasant green tea scent in addition.

Banana

Mash or puree banana, and add few drops of honey mix it well. Apply this to your hair and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with water.

Deep oil conditioning

Take a cup of coconut/olive oil which ever suits you, add in some rosemary and warm it a bit in microwave or using double boiler. When oil is lukewarm, strain the rosemary and apply the oil throughout the head with your finger tips. Massage the scalp and cover the tips so that it will repair the split ends. After application cover your head with hot towel and let it stand for 30-40 minutes. Finally rinse with water and mild shampoo.

Vinegar

Take a spoon of vinegar (apple cider vinegar/white vinegar) and add to a cup of water. Mix it well and massage into your hair covering from scalp to tips. Leave it on hair for 4-5 minutes and rinse it with water. You can add rosemary or green tea to get a nice fragrance.

  1. OH man the problem with this post is that it is appetizing! I want to mix the bananas strawberries and and eat it, not put it on my hair! And green tea, my favorite! haha I don’t know if I have the self-discipline. Oh I could do both! One time I made a yogurt honey mask and it was so much fun eating it as I applied to my face, lol!
