Here is the list of  some foods which make wonders to your skin.



Yogurt is a natural moisturizer. It aids in digestion, boosts your immune system, supplies a healthy dose of protein, calcium and importantly probiotics. No matter which type of the skin ( dry, combination, oily, or just plain) yogurt is for all. The antibacterial properties in yogurt help to kill bacteria that cause some forms of sores. Yogurt contain good amount of zinc which will help to clear and prevent pimples. The lactic acid in yogurt will help dissolve dead skin and tighten pores. You can also use plain yogurt as a mask on your face apart from eating it.

Zinc helps maintain collagen, which keeps your skin smooth, supple, firm and wrinkle free. Fiber present in nuts and seeds takes out the garbage and helps with the elimination of toxins and waste from the body leaving pimple and acne free skin. Almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds etc are good choice for your skin care.

Dark Chocolate
